You can plan your boat holiday with a professional captain. Captain service is offered as an extra, and captain fees are listed on each boat’s profile. Also, remember to allocate a cabin for the captain and note that the captain’s meal expenses are not included in the reservation price.

Meal expenses are not included in the reservation price. Meals onboard consist of two main steps: shopping for ingredients and preparing meals. Shopping is the guests’ responsibility, and the preparation of meals is also organized by the guests. A transit log is an official permit that must be obtained before each departure of the boat.

How is the rental fee paid?

Europa Sailors offers secure payment by credit card. 50% of the reservation fee is paid at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% must be paid 1 month before the boat s check-in date.

How are additional fees paid?

Payments for extra services and additional charges are made during the boat check-in.

What is a deposit, and when is it paid?

When renting a boat, a refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount is usually blocked on your credit card. The deposit is refunded once the boat is returned without damage.

What are the cancellation options for reservations?
